Privacy Policy

SD Advisory ("we") operates CBSE Practice Hub. This policy explains what we collect and why.

1. What we collect

• Checkout details: name, email, and mobile number you enter at checkout.
• Payment data: processed entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank credentials.
• Usage data: which worksheets you download and basic device/analytics data to run and improve the Service.

2. How we use it

To deliver access, send receipts and service messages, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal/tax obligations. We use your email to let you restore purchases on other devices.

3. Sharing

We share data only with processors that run the Service: Razorpay (payments), our hosting and database providers, and email delivery. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Retention

We keep transaction records as required by Indian tax and accounting law, and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing sdutt@sdadvisory.in (subject to records we must retain by law).

6. Children

The Service is intended for use by parents/guardians and teachers. Purchases must be made by an adult.
